• Production Time: All custom orders are made-to-measure and require for production before dispatch.

• Ready-to-Ship Items: Standard items are processed within 1–3 business days.

• Order Confirmation: You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is placed, followed by a shipping notification with tracking details once dispatched.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

• Domestic Shipping: We offer reliable delivery across Pakistan via trusted courier partners. Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business day after dispatch.

• Shipping Charges: Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order, and will be applied accordingly.

Tracking & Support

• A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped.
